New drinking den Ruby's Bar & Lounge is opening in Dalston

The clever man behind Dalston cocktail haven Ruby’s (aka Mr Tom Gibson, pictured above) is extending the current drinking spot on January 15 and launching the new improved Ruby’s Bar & Lounge. As well as cocktails, the new watering hole will have Vietnamese food from Hanoi Kitchen, a top quality selection of beers and wines (with a wine list curated by Clapton wine bar Verden), DJs at the weekends and a stage area for entertainment and shenanigans. 

Ruby’s Bar & Lounge will be open Tuesday to Sunday from 6pm to midnight and until 2am at weekends. Find out more at rubysdalston.com
