Saturday was cold and rainy. Basically, it was the perfect night to cosy down under the duvet with your laptop. Then Netflix went and crashed, leaving viewers with nothing to do but take to Twitter to voice their disapproval through the medium of comedy Gifs.

Netflix acknowledged the problem on its Twitter account.
In the end, the service was down for more than two hours. Netflix hasn’t explained the reason for the outage, but there is speculation that demand for the hyped new Marvel superhero show ‘Luke Cage’, which premiered on Friday, could have led to a surge in demand. Netflix also dropped its high profile documentary about Amanda Knox on Friday.
