Feeling inspired to get fit in the New Year? We asked Mo Farah his favourite places to go running in London, so you can train like a pro. Or try to, at least.
Richmond Park
'Richmond is my favourite park in London. It's hilly and when you get right to the top you can see Battersea and get a great view of the city.'
Tower Bridge
'When I was training for the London Marathon, I'd run over Tower Bridge a lot. It's the halfway point of the race and and you see the Tower of London as you come off it. It's cool.'
Hyde Park
'I love running in Hyde Park. It has nice views and it's right in the centre of London. There's a great atmosphere and always a lot people running there.'
St Mary's running track
'The St Mary's track is special to me because it's where I went to uni and where I started running. It was home for me. It's the track I have the most memories of.'
