We don't want to point fingers, but those iPhone screens just seem to be built to break, don't they? It's definitely not because we keep dropping them on concrete pavements or inadvertently plopping them into our G&Ts. No, definitely not. To save us from our clumsy selves, phone repair service iCracked are setting up a pop-up bar covered in bubble wrap tomorrow night (August 13). All surfaces will be covered in bubble wrap and foam, and drinks will be served up in narrow cups to stop even the most butter-fingered folk from dropping their phone into their glass.
If you're a tee-totaller, soft drinks will be free - because you haven't got all that alcohol clouding your judgement and making you smash stuff up. But if you want to get boozy, you can either shell out for an alcoholic drink or tweet #wrappyhour to @iCracked_UK to get a freebie.
iCracked's 'World Safest Bar' is at 77 Shelton Street in Covent Garden on August 13, 6pm-10pm. Free.
Want more boozy pop-ups? There's a walk-in cocktail cloud in Borough Market.
