We took a Halloween trip to The Grenadier in Belgravia to meet Cedric the ghost.

Soldier Cedric has been haunting the pub and former officer's mess since he was bludgeoned to death outside the pub after cheating at gambling in the 1800s. We talked to the pub's deputy manager Paul Hodgett about sightings past and present and about whether the Grenadier can boldly claim to be the capital’s most haunted boo-zer.

The Grenadier is at 18 Wilton Row, SW1X 7NR.
