Looking to get somewhere in a hurry today? Yeah, good luck with that. Around 8,000 black cab drivers are staging a 'go-slow' protest on London's roads today because of their ongoing battle against Uber. The protest was organised by the United Cabbies Group, which is criticising the government for 'deregulating' the industry. Uber recently offered London's black cabs the chance to join forces and be part of Uber without the 5 percent commission fee for a year, but – unsurprisingly – the cabbies rejected the offer.
