The not-for-profit Hoxton Bike Kitchen teaches Londoners how to build and fix their own bikes. Now it's trying to raise £15,000 to open a second classroom to put on more bike-building workshops, as well as new parent/child classes and OAP drop-in sessions. They've currently raised over £10,000, but there are still eight more days left of the campaign if you want to help get this two-wheeled venture off the ground.
