East London fashionista Nasir Mazhar has just announced a new project with Topman, and we're pretty excited about it! This is the latest notch on the high-street behemoth's bedpost following a string of hookups with some of London's best designer talent; Sibling, J.W.Anderson, Agi & Sam – Topshop's little bro has bedded them all.
With a look that encompasses the best of counter culture – chola-meets-goth-meets-'90s-rave-kid – and filters it through a super sporty lens, the east London boy and milliner-slash-designer Mazhar attracts a frow that looks like the backstage crowd at a grime gig. The ten-piece collection sees the sportswear star rework some of his classic designs in bright, eye-popping colourways and includes prints of his own artwork; pastely and patterned, with a hefty dose of towelling, it's a far cry from the all-black tracksuit that he worked on with Skepta.
The collection, which starts at £25, launches online on September 6 and will be in selected shops from September 8, and we can't wait to get our mitts on it.
