Are you struck with the January blues? Have you decided that being happy is just something that happens if you buy a massive bloody hat, move to LA and start dancing through the streets? Fear not: a Museum of Happiness is coming to London very soon. The organisers, who previously ran a similar event for young people at Goldsmiths College, promise a host of events and activities including workshops, ‘playshops’, laughter yoga, singing and mindfulness exercises. They’re saying nothing about you coming out transformed, FYI – but they do say that the factors and secrets that lead to a happy and fulfilling life will be explored. The museum is running for just three days, from January 16-18 in Spitalfields Market. You’ll need to book, but tickets are free.

Get tickets while you can at eventbrite.co.uk
