Exhausted Londoners can grab forty winks at a new nap-friendly co-working space. The Nap Station's bespoke power nap pods will be available to stressed-out, overworked guests by the hour from June 16 to July 10.

Remember revising for your GCSEs and being told by teachers to take a break every 15 minutes? Somehow this concept gets lost once we start working and all try to push through those early morning, mid-morning, pre-lunch and post-lunch slumps. Emerge from a refreshing daytime doze at The Nap Station ready to change the world and take advantage of charging points, free wifi, a sleep-well clinic and free coffee (3pm-4pm).

The nap pods will be decked out in eve Sleep’s luxe bedding range surely making it the comfiest café in London. There’s even the chance to work from bed, but watch out for dribbling on your keyboard if you get too comfy.

The Nap Station is open until July 10 at Shop 11, The Old Truman Brewery, Dray Walk, E1 6QL.

Monday–Friday, 8am–7pm; Saturday–Sunday, 10am–5pm.
