Grey skies getting you down? This should cheer you up: new Hawaiian joint Island Poké is offering half-price grub on October 27 and October 28.
In case you're wondering, Poké has nothing to do with the craze for catching pocket monsters, it's actually the hottest new health food trend stateside. And now the colourful, sashimi-style cuisine is coming to London.
Island Poké will be serving an all-day menu, with Hawaiian Kona Coffee and anti-oxidant rich acai breakfast bowls on the menu. It's got you covered for lunch and dinner too with its BYOBs (that's build your own bowl, FYI).
You choose a rice base, greens and a sashimi topping of your choice, and a garnish like tobiko, wakame seaweed, crispy shallots or avocado to finish. If that's too much choice for your liking there's a ready-made menu of Island Poké house bowls.
Island Poké, 8 Kingly Street, W1B 5PQ. Monday–Saturday, 8am–9pm and Sunday, 11am–5pm.
