Don’t look now, but the Salt Yard Group – the folks behind the tapas micro-chain of Salt Yard, Dehesa, Opera Tavern and Ember Yard – is back, this time with Veneta, a Venice-inspired (duh) new spot in St James’s. The new outpost comes replete with a raw seafood bar, an exclusively northern Italian wine list, an outdoor terrace and – best of all – a dedicated breakfast menu, which is new territory for the group (and one we wonder how we ever did without).
