Forget bowling, you can now go curling on a rooftop in east London

We've had crazy golf, a shuffleboard club and, er, axe throwing. So, what's next? A pop-up curling club on a rooftop in east London, obviously. It's called Sliders, but it's got nothing to do with mini burgers - it's all about sliding a big old stone on ice and using one of those weird curling brooms to make it go faster. At least, we think that's how it works.

It opens on November 3 at Roof East in Stratford, and the club will be decked out with four curling lanes, karaoke cabins, and a cosy curling lane lodge where you can warm up between hitting the ice (not literally, obviously). They'll also have craft beer and cockle-warming cocktails, as well as hot dogs and pulled pork from Rockadollar and traditional hog roast with a Latino twist from Peruvian barbeque joint Cachina.

Find out more and get tickets for Sliders.
