Flying Fitness are bringing their Cirque du Soleil-style Aerial Fitness classes to Union Street with a brand new training space. The borough branch will offer everything from aerial hoops to aerial yoga, suitable for all levels of fitness.

Down Dog and Disco at Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen

Put a little groove into that downward dog this month at Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen’s new monthly fitness class with Fat Buddha Yoga. You can take it up a level by doing an optional 4-5k run with LDN Brunch Club beforehand, or just stick to the business of getting bendy along to some sweet disco beats.

Runners Need presents the URBANTAHALON

If you’re ever fancied a triathlon but aren’t too sure about the swimming bit, Runners Need has hooked up with Adidas Runners London and the brilliant Brownlee brothers for an 'urban triathlon' on October 12. It’s a fitness challenge that brings together running, spinning and HIIT, followed by a post-sweat bash (and not a drop of chlorine).

Be:FIT London Takeover at Ethos

The folks behind April’s Be:Fit festival are popping up at the new Ethos studio in Spitalfields for a fun evening of fitness, food and beauty treatments to put a little pep into your autumn training regime. You can choose from a TRX HIIT, spin or yoga class, run by Ethos's top trainers. And the best bit? There's a goodie bag!

Heartcore Notting Hill 2: Ride & Yoga

Heartcore has delivered top pilates, yoga, TRX classes in the capital for the past nine years, but for their ninth studio they've decided to dabble in the world of spin. Ride & Yoga is London's very first cycle and yoga studio where you can have a go at both workouts through a series of individual and combo classes.
