Get your fit on this month with our round-up of fun classes and workouts taking place around London.

Hip Hop Yoga at Hackney House

We’ve had Broga (yoga for bros), Doga (yoga with dogs) and Hotpod Yoga (er, yoga in a pod), so it was only a matter of time before a bunch of gurus would come together to drop their mantras to the beat of hip hop yoga. Chill out, max and relax or get hype with a 60-minute dynamic session to everything from Dr Dre to Snoop D-O-double-G.

Dates: November 14 and 21

Time: 6.45pm–8.15pm

Cost: £15

Booking info: www.goodyogalife.com/2016/10/19/hip-hop-yoga

‘Get Waisted’ with Transition Zone and Paola’s Bodybarre

If you’re big on barre you’ll probably be familiar with Paola’s legendary pilates, yoga and TRX studio in Fulham. If not, now’s your chance. The celebrity trainer and her crew are popping up at the nearby Transition Zone gym this month for a one-off evening that involves sweating, finger foods and (skinny) prosecco. How’s that for a Friday night, eh?

Date: November 11

Time: 6.30pm–8.30pm

Cost: £30

One LDN

Alex Fitness – that’s a gym, not an eager PT – is pretty much the Pure Gym of Russia, but after opening earlier this year in Chelsea it’s had a sparkling makeover to become the sleek and simple One LDN. What that looks like is a fully kitted-out fitness centre that does loads of cool classes and even has an MMA and boxing studio that’s been signed off by the pros. The gym’s giving out three-day trial guest passes to mark the occasion, so head over to the westside this month to experience that freeness for yourself.

Beyoncé Bootycamp at Pineapple Studios

There’s still time get that body bootylicious before the year’s out, thanks to this one-day ‘Bootycamp’ inspired by Beyoncé at the legendary Pineapple Studios. In absence of the Queen Bey herself, the class will be using the singer’s best moves to get you strong, stretched and totally in formation.

Dates: November 19

Time: Noon–1.30pm

Cost: £15 (+ £4 for a studio day pass)

Royal Opera House, 7 Langley St, WC2H 9JA.

Morning Gloryville at Somerset House

It’s Morning Gloryville on Ice this month as those masters of the ridiculously early-morning workout bring their rave to this year’s Somerset House ice rink. Glide and twirl along to the Gloryville’s dance DJs, stretch out with a spot of yoga and don’t forget to grab a few free hugs before you clock in at work.

Dates: November 30

Time: From 6.15am

Cost: £17 (+ booking fee)
