But they've since gone west and shown mercy to the 9-5ers with Saturday parties that start a little later, but are still a fab wake-up call. For this month's bash, they've gone all lovely-dovey given it’s Valentine’s weekend, but you can also expect the usual fitness sessions, dance-offs, glitterati and all the good health vibes they’re known for.

Blue Cow Yoga at Heartcore

Boutique reformer pilates studio Heartcore have recently opened their eighth site in St John’s Wood – and from February, they’ll be offering power and restorative yoga classes run by the Blue Cow Yoga team, who've been chilling out City workers since 2012. Otherwise, the new spot will be hosting Heartcore's standard selection of pilates, TRX and barre classes.
