It’s a Christmas miracle. All year we’ve had horrifying news story after horrifying news story about how London property prices are the worst on earth. We’ve heard how we’re all financially doomed to never earn enough to pay for all the flat whites we keep putting on our credit cards, let alone a home. Well good news everyone, it’s worse in other places! Turns out, property prices are rising faster in East Anglia than in London. According to the British Institute of Chartered Surveyors, East Anglia saw prices rising at 67 percent. Norwich really is worse than London.
