Think Dulwich is just full of yummy mummies and pink-clad footballers? The founders of local artsy South London newspaper, The Peckham Peculiar disagree with you, as they’ve just launched a Kickstarter campaign to fund the opening of their second local paper: The Dulwich Diverter. In fact, it seems the residents of Dulwich think they’re onto something too, with it having reached its £5,000 target within four and a half days (and them now trying to raise additional funds to improve the newspaper’s quality).

Given that The Peckham Peculiar managed to get itself nominated for a national newspaper award within just one year, as well as breaking news of the Peckham Coal Line, expect to be finding yourself re-evaluating how interesting you think Dulwich is, pretty soon. Unless you really like yummy mummies and footballers in pink, that is.
