Don't fancy student halls? There's a £4,000pcm 'student flat' up for grabs in Mayfair

Ah, student halls – they're all tiny bedrooms, grotty sofas, and baked bean-covered stovetops, right? Apparently not. A swanky three-bed flat in Mayfair is being marketed as the 'ultimate' student digs, and it comes with a terrace overlooking Hyde Park, underfloor heating and a whole lot of square-footage. Oh, and it'll set you back £4,000pcm. 

The 3,540 square-foot flat is being marketed by Mayfair estate agents Wetherell, which said that 80 percent of the inquiries it had received were from international students or their parents. Alright for some, eh?
