What with all that smog-filled air, London isn't exactly a great spot for star-gazing. But if you happened to be looking out your window at about 3am this morning, you may have noticed some unusual activity in the sky. A bright green meteor was spotted whizzing across London's skies in the early hours of this morning. Richard Kacerek from the UK Meteor Observation Network said it was the brightest meteor they had ever seen.
But if you were sleeping rather than star-gazing and didn't manage to see it, DJ Paul Gilbert happened to be driving through Battersea as it hurtled through the sky and caught the whole thing on camera.
