Remember last year when a model of the Taj Mahal made of toast appeared on a street corner in Peckham and we declared it London's Greatest High-Carb mystery? Well, get ready to have your minds blown again because there's a new toast model in town and this time it's bigger, better and slightly terrifying. The carby masterpiece is an Easter-themed effigy of a rabbit on a crucifix, held together by toothpicks, outside Tooting Broadway station.

But who's behind it? A frustrated Londoner with a load of stale sliced bread on their hands? Jesus? Sadly, not. It turns out that the toast model was created at a House of Toast event at Hoxton Hotel, who were the same people behind the toast Taj Mahal. The aim of the event is to create a house made of toast (obviously), but clearly these guys had other ideas.

We spoke to the guy whose picture of the toast Taj Mahal went viral.
