Brush up on your cocktail skills at the Schweppes '12 Twists of Christmas' pop-up

Want to impress your loved ones with your cocktail-making skills this Christmas but a little worried about your lack of actual cocktail-making experience? Never fear – Schweppes, the UK’s number one tonic, will be riding to the rescue for one night only with its London pop-up bar ‘12 Twists of Christmas’.

Located in Covent Garden, the bar’s staff of mixologists and cocktail aficionados – headed by Matt Whiley of the Peg + Patriot – will be offering a masterclass on how to add a twist to 12 traditional cocktails, including inspiration on how to make the common cocktail that little bit more interesting – be it a fresh spin on the mojito, a shake-up of the classic G&T, or an Irish twist on prosecco.

For £10, you get to learn a dozen new cocktail recipes plus two drinks from the menu, which means it basically pays for itself.

Alternatively, if you think the last thing you want to do on a Friday night is learn something then never fear – it’s free entry to just go down for a drink. The ‘12 Twists of Christmas’ are for everyone – but remember, for one night only.
