Want proof that not all heroes wear capes? Meet Pip, a London Underground worker at London Bridge, who's made it his mission to help pregnant women find seats on the tube. He's been brought to our attention by parenting group, Mummy's Gin Fund, which has started a campaign to recognise all his efforts with the hashtag #BeLikePip.

As well as helping pregnant women, he's been praised for his 'chirpy' attitude, cracking jokes and somehow getting twice as many people on each train every morning 'with his gentle cheery cajoling'. Nice one, Pip.
