It was the cult movie that became a festive favourite. When 'Bad Santa' was released in 2003, it was just a foul-mouthed indie comedy that hardly anyone went to see. Now it's a Yuletide viewing staple (it ranked number three on our list of the 50 Best Christmas movies ever made). Did it need a sequel? Maybe not. But here it comes anyway.
Luckily for us, 'Bad Santa 2' reunites almost the entire cast of the original. Billy Bob Thornton is the foulmouthed part-time crook, part-time jolly fat guy of the title. Tony Cox is back as his elf sidekick and even Brett Kelly, who played the cuddly, befuddled kid returns – now grown up into a cuddly, befuddled adult. This new trailer is packed with the f-word and elves flashing their boobs. But here's hoping 'Bad Santa 2' has got a great big sweet heart under all that cussing – which is what made the original such a winner.
