Feel like your bedroom walls could do with a lick of paint? You could get way more than that thanks to the folks at Tate Modern and Airbnb, who have teamed up to offer Londoners the chance to have their bedrooms turned into a liveable work of art by contemporary artist Yayoi Kusama.

Yayoi is known for her polka-dot and mirrored room installations, which were on show in a major exhibition at Tate Modern in 2012 (pictured above). If you want to enter, you'll need to have a private room or entire home listed on Airbnb and come up with a reason why your space should be chosen. Submit your entry via the Tate website by May 10, and be prepared to say goodbye to those 'off-white' (read: grubby) four walls.

Find out more about the competition and submit your entry here.
