Kids, eh? While we're worrying about tube strikes, paying our rent and whether it's acceptable to eat baked beans for dinner three nights in a row, they're running around having a whale of a time. But now it's our turn to run riot in the playground and we won't have to fight off any small children to get on the swings either. On August 29, Yelp is hosting an adult takeover of Hackney's kids adventure playground so that us big kids can get first dibs on the slides. As if that's not enough, there's also going to be an adults-only ice-cream festival with 13 different vendors serving up a mix of old favourites, boozy ice lollies and liquid nitrogen ice cream. Who says kids should have all the fun?
