Good news for carb and cheese lovers! A festival dedicated entirely to pizza is coming to Wembley Park this summer – and tickets go on sale on Monday. The organisers are claiming that it's London's first ever pizza festival, although we distinctly remember another pizza festival popping up in London in Borough Market last year, so we're not entirely convinced, but we're not complaining either. Especially as the folks at MySliceFest will be serving up all our favourite pizzas as well as pizza cones, pizza popcorn and XXL Man vs Pizza slices, which sound pretty intense (in a good way).
But to keep you from falling into a cheese coma, they'll be keeping you busy with games of beer-pong, giant Connect Four and tomato-throwing competitions – so avoid wearing white. They've also got live music from everyone's favourite garage duo DJ Luck and MC Neat, with more acts to be announced. Tickets will go on sale on February 15 – so get ready to snap yours up if you want a pizza the action (sorry).
