Mr Hot Chocolate himself always said he believed in miracles, and now we do too, because all our cocoa prayers have been answered. Yep, London is getting its first dedicated hot chocolate café with 12 different types of drinking chocolate on the menu - and it opens today. The brains behind the operation are cocoa-enthusiasts Jasmine Kershaw and Juliet Sampson, who already run the Broadway market stall Jaz and Jul's, but now they're setting up a permanent home in Islington's Chapel Market. The café will use a base of Madagascan chocolate with pun-tastic varieties including 'Gingerbread, man!', 'Mintchievous' and 'Orangytang', and add toppings of whipped coconut cream and handmade marshmallows.

If the hot chocolate isn't enough to satisfy your sweet tooth, they've also got a range of chocolatey foods including rocky road slices, brownies, cookies, a Mexican-inspired chocolate black bean chilli - and there's even plans in the pipeline for a chocolate-themed brunch. And if they're really committed to the whole 'concept café' thing, let's hope they've got the sweet sounds of Hot Chocolate's greatest hits on repeat.

Jaz & Jul’s Chocolate House is at 1 Chapel Market, N1 9EZ. Tuesday - Sunday, 10am-6pm.
