Whatever you decided to wear for Halloween this year, we guarantee you weren't as committed to your outfit as these guys who dressed as traffic cones and devoted a good part of their evening to, er, stopping traffic. The group of guys stood in the middle of Clarence Street in Kingston and blocked the road in the early hours of Sunday morning until someone reported it to the police, who were apparently so surprised by the prank that they forgot how to spell basic words:
