No. 9 is a new addition to the Chelsea cocktail scene, open just four nights a week. Its list is divided into Signature cocktails and 'Forgotten Classics,' with a few wines and bottled beers completing the picture. All Signature cocktails are served with a side dish of caviar, olives, crème fraîche and artisan bread.
