A Fuller's pub located at King's Cross station. It fits the King's Cross revamp well, with a modern look miles away from the kind of paisley-carpeted, traditional old boozers of yesteryear. That means a bright and airy venue with brushed wood, exposed air ducts, mismatched furniture and industrial lighting. There's a good-looking atrium, too.
The food menu moves it away from the traditional Fuller's pub, too. Expect dishes ranging from pumpkin, chilli and coconut soup with hazelnut crumbs and rabbit terrine with cranberry and apple chutney to venison pie, Hampshire game faggots, rib-eye steaks and slow-roasted Dorset lamb shoulder with a butter bean stew.
The beers on draught offer a run-through of the brewery's best, with Front Row, London Pride, Oliver's Island, ESB, Chiswick Bitter and Red Fox all on offer. Expect more by the bottle and can, too.
