SAKE COLLECTIVE is a shop and bar specialising in sake and other Japanese drinks. We offer the largest selection of sake in the UK, with 108 different products from 32 breweries, alongside whiskies, gin, and shochu. Customers can enjoy more than 30 sake by the glass, as well as any bottles sold on retail, plus a selection of spirits and cocktails.

What makes us unique is our direct relationship with dozens of sake breweries and distilleries, which allow us to deliver to you the freshest and most exciting products straight from Japan! The CEO Yuya Yamamoto travelled all over the country to find craft and boutique breweries, and personally chose the most interesting bottles made by the most passionate brewers, those who honour traditional techniques as well as those who strive for innovation.

Not only SAKE COLLECTIVE offers more accessible prices and a tempting assortment of products, it also provides a welcoming environment for anyone who always wanted to learn more about the Japanese traditional drink, but does not know where to start. Our dream is to create a new community of people around sake and other traditional Japanese drinks: everybody will feel welcomed, whether absolute sake-beginners or expert drinkers!
