Eagle

The Eagle, on the fringes of Ravenscourt Park, is a great escape. It’s a Geronimo Inns establishment, so the wine list is well chosen, the interiors are luxurious and the grub is reliably good (with plenty of seasonal takes on pub classics). The star, however, is the back garden – a vast lawn strewn with benches, perfectly for whiling away weekend afternoons. The dedicated alfresco Burger Shack is just another reason to settle in for the long haul.
