With a goal of proving just how fantastic 'farm to fork' hospitality can be, Dave's Wine Bar not only serves up a delectable wine menu but also comes with an array of fresh and tasty produce – a nod to his own farm back in Oxfordshire.
While the wine menu consists of curated classics and a couple of vintage wines thrown in for good measure, the food menu offers palate-awakening flavours such as the Cornbury beef tartare with rosehip and parsley or the burnt leeks with whipped goats curd and black truffle. Delicious would be a heavy understatement.
