A summer pop-up bar from Searcys, located at their restaurant on the thiry-ninth floor of the Gherkin from July 24 to September 1. Usually this rooftop bar is open to members and residents only, but during the pop-up anyone will be able to book a table at either lunch or dinner. West Sussex sparkling wine producers Nyetimber provide the bubbly, while Plymouth Gin form the base of a selection of cocktails (as well as rum and vodka). Bar snacks are inspired by Britain's beautiful coastal regions and include seafood sharing platters, Dorset charcuterie and fresh rock oysters.
