Waterlow Park

This 20-acre green space – neighbouring Highgate Cemetery – is one of the capital's hidden gems. Its three ponds make it a perfect place for wildlife-spotting, and the historic Lauderdale House on the grounds is well worth a look-in for its café and arts centre. For the energetic, Waterlow Park is also home to tennis courts and a kids' play area.
