This month (until October 16) visitors to the Sea Life London Aquarium are being promised a ‘turtley’ awesome experience!
The aquarium’s two resident turtles – rare Green Sea turtles called Boris and Phoenix – will be putting in their usual appearance, swimming through the Ocean Reef, while visitors are invited to take the free turtle-themed discovery trail. For a donation of 50p to the Sea Life Trust’s sea turtle conservation work, younger turtle lovers can get crafty and then enter their turtle shell design into a competition to win goodies from the gift shop.
On Saturday October 10, the first 50 children dressed as a turtle will enjoy free entry to the aquarium!
All year round, the aquarium also offers a VIP Turtle Feeding experience. During Turtle Fest, £5 from each entry to the VIP experience will go to the Sea Life Trust’s sea turtle conservation work.
