Designed by its owners Quay 2C architect Ken Taylor and sculptor Julia Manheim, this former milk depot now houses design and sculpture studios and three flats.
The colourful building will be open to the public as part of Open House London 2014 on Saturday September 20, noon-5am.
Work by Quay 2C will be on display and tea and cakes will be served.
