National Trust Walking Festival

The National Trust's Walking Festival (Oct 22-30) takes place at NT properties across the country, with guided and self-guided walks for all abilities timed to make the most of the autumn colour. Osterley Park and House is taking part with a 'Creepy Crawlies Crawl' for families (4-5pm Oct 22, 23; £1 per child) – kids are welcome to wear fancy dress and bring lanterns and torches.
