Time Out says

For autumn half term (October 17 to November 1) the Sea Life London Aquarium is hosting ‘Hallow-Marine’ – a chance to take a special look at some of the creepiest creatures in the ocean! Guests touring the aquarium should keep their eyes peeled for the clues that show them where these ‘bogey-fish’ dwell.

There’s the Devil’s Scorpionfish (which ambushed its prey with its huge mouth) and venomous creatures like the Lionfish and the razor-toothed Moray eel. Visitors young and old can discover more about the strange and the scary facts of the seas. Did you know that the Longhorn Cowfish secretes deadly mucus into the water when it dies? And the Blind Cave fish has no eyes – eugh!

For Saturday October 31, Halloween, the ‘Fish Witch’, a scaly, green marine crone, will be making an appearance with a cauldron full of spooky fun. Go along in ghoulish fancy dress and get a special treat.
