Battersea Dogs & Cats Home

Established in 1860, Battersea Dogs & Cats Home aims never to turn away a dog or cat in need of its help. The home reunites lost dogs and cats with their owners, or cares for them until new homes can be found, giving them shelter and veterinary care. At any one time, the home houses 500 dogs and 175 cats across its three sites. It also maintains a waiting list for people who want to bring in their dogs and cats.
