What is it?
Did you know there’s a two-storey sci-fi theme park under Camden Market? Opened in late 2022, the Babylon Park is part of a small international chain of mini-amusement parks that packs in a number of kiddie-friendly rides.
Dotted with cutesy aliens, the park has a sort of out-of-space theme and features a rollercoaster, ferris wheel, bumper cars, plus games stalls, VR simulators, a couple of scarier rides for the teens, and some toddler-friendly rides for the pre-schoolers.
Why go?
This is the UK’s only underground theme park. That means it’s perfect for family-friendly thrills without worrying about the weather.
Don’t miss
The arcade games offer you the chance to redeem even more Game Coins. Test your luck on the wheel of fortune, stop by the ring toss or let out your frustrations at the axe throw to try and extend your stay or win some galactic prizes.
