Animate Orchestra

This series of half-term music courses across the London boroughs of Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark offers young music fans of all abilities in years 5-10 the chance to play as part of a 'Young Person's Orchestra for the 21st Century'. Specialist tutors and musicians will be on hand to help children experience musical teamwork and develop their ideas. Participants must live or go to school in one of the boroughs, be in school years 5–8 at joining, play an instrument, ideally have access to their own instrument and be motivated and enthusiastic about music. Deadline for applications is Monday February 4.
