Time Out says

Focusing on work by women war artists from WWI to the Kosovo conflict, this exhibition explores artists' responses to conflict – as eyewitnesses, participants, commentators and as officially commissioned recorders. The show illuminates both the constraints experienced by and possibilities offered to female artists in war time. Featured artists include Anna Airy, one of the first women officially commissioned during WWI, Dame Laura Knight RA, Linda Kitson and Frauke Eigen.
