The Merge

Be honest: at some point in your life (maybe late at night, maybe when you're not that sober) the thought has crossed your mind that this - ALL of this - could just be a dream. Or, the creation of a computer programme. It turns out you could be correct. 'Simulation theory' as it's officially known claims that what earthlings experience as 'reality' could actually be a computer simulation. The Merge is an exhibition of photos by Copenhagan-based photographers Sara, Peter & Tobias, and it's based on this same theory, imagining what a future shared with supercomputers, artificial intelligence and robots would look like.
