The Exploding Galaxy

Formed in 1967 by David Medalla, an artist and dancer, The Exploding Galaxy was an experimental collective who lived in Balls Pond Road who created unconventional performances that challenged the boundaries of art and dance. Although they separated in 1968, they left an everlasting impression and this exhibition of artworks and ephemera celebrates their cause and the publication of Jill Drower’s book.
