Flowers Gallery's summer show looks at approaches to the figure in British art – painting, sculpture and photography – over the past 35 years, and there are plenty of Flowers artists, as you'd expect, including Claerwen James, Ken Currie, Peter Howson and Glenys Barton. Highlights of a show that draws on themes of gender, sexuality and human conflict, include Ishbel Myerscough's BP Portrait Prize award-winning 'Krishenda' (1995) and 'Twins Devouring a Child' (1997) by Dawn Mellor.
