Saturday Social at The Royal Academy of Arts

Day of mostly free performances and activites for all ages in conjunction with the 'Degas and the Ballet' and 'Building the Revolution' exhibitions. Events include live music in the courtyard beneath the reconstruction of Tatlin's Tower and poet in residence Pele Cox's exploration of Degas's friendship with French poet Mallarmé through readings Mallarmé's poems interpreted into dance by a ballerina from the English National ballet.
