Time Out says

This show is the product of an innovative and sophisticated collaboration between artist and geometer Sama Mara and composer Lee Westwood. Based on Mara’s theory regarding the intrinsic principles connecting sound, colour and geometric patterns, the works attempt to reveal the hidden order that governs the laws of nature. By making use of a computer programme, Western contemporary musical compositions are translated into Islamic-inspired patterns. Alongside a series of giclée prints, the exhibition will also include an interactive platform, live performances and short films.
