Time Out says

Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No it’s James Bridle’s military-grade helikite. Living in a city that’s constantly under surveillance, the writer and artist wanted to restore some power to the surveilled (that’ll be us). Tethered to the top of Peckham’s multistorey car park, the balloon surveys the south-east panorama and bounces back imagery which you can view at the ‘Bold Tendencies’ exhibition.
